We get together weekly for three weeks in a small group of up to 12 participants. Each session lasts for 2.5 hours. At each session, we progress through these major areas
Identify who you are and what kind of new professional life you want to build
Understand your strengths and skill sets, and see how they match the current working environment
Learn about the jobs of the future and address invisible barriers
Craft a path to the new you
