So, what happens in those group sessions?
We get together weekly for three weeks in a small group of up to 12 participants. Each session lasts for up to three hours. At each session, we progress through these major areas
Identify who you are and what kind of new professional life you want to build
Understand your strengths and skill sets, and see how they match the current working environment
Learn about the jobs of the future and address invisible barriers
Craft a path to the new you

Do I need to speak or listen?Both! It's a conversation. You’ll get plenty of time to speak, but at the same time, you’ll be listening to the others. It’s amazing how many insights and discoveries about ourselves we get by empathising with others. Session three is a bit different; there, it will be mainly Natalia speaking about the jobs of the future. The groups are in Russian.

Do I need to prepare?Yes, please. Any productive work requires preparation, and here’s no different. Before each session, you’ll get a short list of fun exercises to prepare and bring to the session.

OK. When does it start, and how much does it cost?I'm glad you asked! This time, I'll be running two sessions in parallel to fit any (well, almost) calendar. Take a look at the options below and choose one that suits you best.
