The Dancefloor Workout

A 50-min nonstop dance cardio class set to the rhythms of Latin, ballroom, jazz, and disco. 
This class is for you if you love moving to the music and have some prior basic dancing training, even if it was 30 years ago! You pick up steps fairly quickly and are able to maintain the pace.
You absolutely don't have to be a dance champion to attend this class, you just need to be willing to embrace the rythm.
The Dancefloor Workout Beginner

A slower-paced class with more attention to the basic technique and step-by-step explanations.
Each week, we'll focus on 2-3 dances and go through them thoroughly, increasing the tempo.
Get introduced to cha-cha, rumba, jive, samba, waltz, tango, jazz, disco, smooth, and more.
You've always had that dancer in you, time to let it out!
