What is AI visibility or AEO?
Between 30% and 50% of users today start their search in an LLM. They discover, clarify, and often make a purchasing decision without ever leaving that one window. Like it or not, the model“decides” whether your product or service is the best fit for the user’s enquiry.
LLMs are becoming increasingly opinionated and influential in decision-making. We don’t click blue links and compare info anymore; we ask a question instead. The model does the searching, the comparison, and the assessment, and returns what it considers the bestanswer.

The trickiest challenge is keeping the brand's authenticity and narrative while making it LLM-accessible. Humans and machines tend to want different things. I'll work to keep your brand personality and human touch while increasing its LLM appeal.

Both on-site and off-site performance matter. One review from eight years ago can offset the SEO success if LLM decides that "this brand's performance is inconsistent". We can't change the past but we can reinforce certain messages in the present.
