AI Visibility and
Brand Strategy

The way brands get discovered has changed.

No more clicking on 20 blue links. AI finds, sorts, pre-qualifies and presents an answer to a user. If the brand is not among those answers, it may never get discovered.

I work with high-consideration brands to strengthen their visibility across AI-driven discovery environments.

What is AI visibility or AEO?

Between 30% and 50% of users today start their search in an LLM. They discover, clarify, and often make a purchasing decision without ever leaving that one window. Like it or not, the model“decides” whether your product or service is the best fit for the user’s enquiry.

LLMs are becoming increasingly opinionated and influential in decision-making. We don’t click blue links and compare info anymore; we ask a question instead. The model does the searching, the comparison, and the assessment, and returns what it considers the bestanswer.

How does it decide?

It pulls from across the ecosystem: your website, third-party listings, reviews, communities, comparison sites, and public conversations. It cross-references these signals to determine whether what you say about yourself is actually reflected in user sentiment.

Reputation, consistency, and clarity matter more than ever.

To be recommended by AI, the brand needs alignment

across what it says, what others say, and how AI interprets it.

A Dummy's Guide to AI visibility

My Philosophy

Abstract Purple Design

No shortcuts or
funny tactics

I will rely on strategies that are genuine and work for the brand long-term. I will never recommend tactics that could provide a temporary lift while damaging the brand in the long run.

The website can be both human and LLM-friendly

The trickiest challenge is keeping the brand's authenticity and narrative while making it LLM-accessible. Humans and machines tend to want different things. I'll work to keep your brand personality and human touch while increasing its LLM appeal.

Both on-site and off-site performance matter.  One review from eight years ago can offset the SEO success if LLM decides that "this brand's performance is inconsistent". We can't change the past but we can reinforce certain messages in the present.

What Clients Say

"Natalia has been running our AEO programme since April.

She tests how ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google AI Mode are describing us, then turns the gaps into recommendations clear enough to ship in days—entity descriptors to tighten, narratives to lift, capability pages to restructure.

She has patiently and tactfully undone the many stupid decisions we'd baked into our historical marketing—rebalancing where we use first-person across the site, and getting really, really clear about the game we're telling AI we play.

A few short weeks in, we've worked through half her list already and the rest is queued for completion this sprint—the highest compliment we know how to pay a consultant.

Natalia is a ball of energy and enthusiasm who massively raises your game—strongest of recommends."
